Document requirements▾
Mark fields that must exist on each document type. Missing required fields are flagged as requirement mismatches even when other values match.

Country profile▾
Switch active importing country profile quickly. Create/remove profiles in Settings.
Industry▾
Select your industry to strengthen extraction accuracy for product names, HS codes, weights, temperature requirements, and more.
Company aliases▾
Add every way your company may appear on documents (legal name, trading name, abbreviations, typos). Cross-checks use these to recognize you as the same party across document sets.
The first alias is treated as your primary company name. Hit Enter or click Add to include a variant.
Used for Exporter address cross-checks. Known addresses here are auto-accepted even with minor OCR / formatting differences, so they won't be flagged as outliers.
Reference document▾
Select which document is the baseline for comparisons in this analysis profile.

Whitelist▾
Group different wordings of the same value so they match across documents.
Configuring these improves extraction accuracy, cross-check reliability, and reduces false mismatches. You can continue without them, but results may be less precise.
Filters are automatically applied, so you don't need to configure them here.
